Learning foreign languages is very important nowadays. English is without a doubt the actual universal language. It is the world’s second largest native language, the official language in 70 countries. And every well-educated person speaks English, because it is the language of international communication in many areas of life.

So we are happy to inform that beginning from the 2nd of March to the 6th of March the English language week was successfully held in our gymnasia.

The aim of this week was to teach pupils to love, to enjoy and to explore English. Both teachers and pupils tried to create  lively English atmosphere at the gymnasia.  In order to enhance pupil's interests in learning English, different marvelous and interesting activities  were held during the week.

                  On  Monday – project works.

Pupils prepared posters and newspapers about their school life. They wrote articles about their hobbies, travelling, free time, favourite books, fashion, eating habits, music tastes, school traditions and a lot of other interesting information about their school and after school activities. Planty of different photos confirmed all written information. It was really worth seeing.
